How scheduling works
Send a request by form, email, or phone. We’ll reply to set up a time that works for you.
Family members are welcome to book for someone and join the session.
Your device, your control
You type your own passwords. We never ask for them, write them down, or keep them. We explain each step, and you decide what changes are made.
FAQ
Common questions
Is this only for older adults?
No. Anyone who wants patient, step-by-step help with technology is welcome.
What if I forget what I learned?
That’s normal. We can write down the steps for you to keep, and you can always book another session.
Can you repair a broken phone or computer?
We help with setup and everyday use. For cracked screens or hardware repairs, we’ll point you to a repair shop.
What is the difference between the two options?
One-on-one sessions are private, paid, and focused on you. Community sessions are free, held at events, and best for quick questions.
