Supervision
Volunteers serve only at scheduled events, with an adult Giga-Suite lead on site.

Service hours
Your hours are logged at each event and signed by the event lead. We provide documentation for school requirements.
FAQ
Common questions
Do I need to be a tech expert?
No. If you’re comfortable with your own phone and computer and enjoy helping people, you’ll do great. Training covers the rest.
Is there a minimum time commitment?
You choose the events that fit your schedule. [CONFIRM ANY MINIMUM]
Will I meet with people outside of events?
No. Giga-Bytes volunteer only at scheduled events with an adult lead present.
Can my school count these hours?
Most schools accept our signed hour logs. Check your school’s requirements and we’ll provide what you need.
